Land Adventures.

Trekking – The treks give you the opportunity to get away from the busy centres and enjoy the natural beauty at your own pace. You can experience stunning landscapes from the well-known viewpoints and gain access to quiet secluded beaches.

Cycling – Another great way to get around is by cycling. You’ll find quite a few steep hills on the island but they aren’t very many and are short, so can be easily negotiated. The more adventurous mountain bikers can find several challenging dirt roads in the hilly southeast of Koh Tao giving you a great cardio workout.

Rockclimbing – Popular climbing spots are Mek’s Mountain and Secret Garden in Sairee, and Front Yard and Back Yard in Chalok Baan Kao. Courses and guides are available at a few of the local climbing shops, you can even practice indoors at the new bouldering wall, or try the 30-metre abseil and get a fantastic view of half the island.
